Step 1

Refer a patient

Enter patient name, indication, and clinical note. Two-minute process. Patient receives a direct enrollment link within 24 hours.

Step 2

Select a protocol

Browse the protocol library by clinical indication. Each protocol includes mechanism, evidence summary, dose, contraindications, and CPT reference.

Step 3

Receive discharge data

At week 8 or week 12, a structured discharge summary arrives in your portal — formatted for inclusion in the patient’s medical record.
